Why choose handmade soap?

Handmade soap is created without the harsh chemical additives that are found elsewhere on the market. Commercial soap often includes preservatives, sulfates, and a variety of harsh detergents that can damage the skin.

What is handmade soap?

Handmade soap will generally contain a combination of distilled water, lye (sodium hydroxide), oils and butters. When the lye solution is combined with the oils and butters, it creates a chemical reaction known as "saponification." The result of saponification is soap. There is no lye in fully saponified soap. Real soap can only be made through the use of lye.

Do you test on animals?

We never test on animals, just on friends and family!

How long should my soap last?

Well the short answer is, "it depends." If properly stored and drained, it could last for a couple of weeks. It should be stored on a well-ventilated soap dish. The soap, prior to use, will last forever. The surface scent may fade, but once it hits the water the fragrance will return. The longer the soap sits, the gentler and milder it becomes. 

Can I find your products in stores?

Unfortunately not. All of our products are online only, at least at this point in time.

Will you come speak to my daughter’s school?

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, it will begin processing on the next business day.

What are your operating days and hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 9 am until 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on all federal holidays.

How do you ship?

We will generally use the US Postal Service for all shipments. We will ship to PO boxes as well as APO and FPO addresses.

What is your cancellation policy? 

Our cancellation policy is simple. If the order is within the 3 to 5 business day processing window, we are unable to cancel simply because our order fulfillment system is designed to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are handcrafted and therefore all sales are final. Should you have any problems with your order, please contact us at customer.service@confidentgirls.net as we are committed to customer satisfaction.

What happens if items were damaged during shipping?

Damage or loss during the shipment process is the responsibility of the delivery company, such as USPS. Claims must be filed by the addressee with the carrier to initiate any and all damage claims. We will be happy to assist if you are having difficulties.

What if a package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If USPS or other carrier tracking identifies the package just delivered, we will not reship the order.
