How long will it take my order to arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, it will begin processing on the next business day.
What are your operating days and hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 9 am until 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on all federal holidays.
How do you ship?
We will generally use the US Postal Service for all shipments. We will ship to PO boxes as well as APO and FPO addresses.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is simple. If the order is within the 3 to 5 business day processing window, we are unable to cancel simply because our order fulfillment system is designed to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
What is your return policy?
All of our products are handcrafted and therefore all sales are final. Should you have any problems with your order, please contact us at email@example.com as we are committed to customer satisfaction.
What happens if items were damaged during shipping?
Damage or loss during the shipment process is the responsibility of the delivery company, such as USPS. Claims must be filed by the addressee with the carrier to initiate any and all damage claims. We will be happy to assist if you are having difficulties.
What if a package is lost or stolen?We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If USPS or other carrier tracking identifies the package just delivered, we will not reship the order.
